Your generous donation will help fund grants to subsidize spay and neuter surgeries. These grants are awarded to coalitions of animal
care and control agencies and veterinarians to help stop unwanted pet births.
Colorado State Statutes established a charitable tax checkoff on the Colorado state income
tax form. If you are receiving a refund on your Colorado State taxes, simply enter in the amount you would like to donate on line 33 of your tax form, and the State of Colorado will
forward the designated amount to this important, life-saving fund. Your donation is tax deductible.
You can also contribute directly to the Fund if you are not receiving a refund of your Colorado State taxes or at any other time during the year by sending
a donation to 1805 South Bellaire Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80222.
Make checks out to the Colorado Pet Overpopulation Fund. Your
